The Body Project
Training takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays - 6:00am at the UHF gym.
The Body Project isn’t just another bootcamp or a “get skinny quick” fad. It’s our signature strength training experience designed for women who want to build lean muscle, move better, and feel powerful in their own skin — all without breaking their bodies in the process.

Train With Emily
Emily is now leading The Body Project, bringing fresh energy and a strong foundation to help you train pain-free and build lasting strength.

FAQ
Do I need to be in shape to start?
Not at all. This program meets you where you are. Whether you’re just starting out, getting back into it, or already active — we’ll guide you with modifications and progressions that match your level.
How long is each class?
About 45 minutes. Enough time to train hard, move intentionally, and still get on with your day.
What equipment do I need?
Just water, a towel if you want it, and a good attitude. We provide the equipment — you bring the energy.
I’ve done group fitness before and felt lost. Will this be like that?
Nope. Our classes are small on purpose. You’ll get individual attention, real coaching, and a program that builds over time — not random workouts thrown together.
What if I’m a beginner or have injuries?
You’re in the right hands. Steph is a Pain-Free Certified Coach, which means your workouts will be designed to support proper movement, avoid injury, and actually help you feel better—not beat you up. Whether you're just getting started, working through pain, or coming back from injury, your plan will be built around your body and your goals.
