How long is the class?

45 minutes. Long enough to get the work done. Efficient enough to not waste your time.

What do I need to bring?

Just your water, grit, and your personal set of bands if you own them. We provide all equipment and programming.

Do I need to be advanced to join?

Not at all — but you do need to be coachable and ready to work. We’ll scale movements where needed and help you build toward heavier lifts and better form.
