This high-energy agility class is full of variety to keep your work out routine anything but boring. Prepare to sharpen your skills both mentally and physically. From quick drills to plyometrics, Unleashed Hustle will shock your muscles like never before.
Join us for an intense 30-minute muscle-blasting work out! With a heavy focus on weights, this once-a-week class will leave your body fatigued in the best way possible. The low reps and high weight combination used in Unleashed Strength creates effective muscle change and guarantees to keep you challenged.

Work out with Stephanie 3 days a week for 8 weeks. Get your body back to feeling good and strong.
An afternoon of fun, high-energy activity just for the little ones. Class lasts 30 minutes and a healthy snack will be provided after.
