How much does Unleashed Potential cost?

Pricing varies depending on your specific needs, how much support you want, and how involved you’d like me to be. The more you require me, the more the price goes up.

We’ll figure out what’s best for you, your goals, and your lifestyle—no cookie-cutter plans here.

How long do I have to commit to coaching?

There’s no hard deadline, but consistency matters. This particular program is built for a 12 week commitment.

This isn’t a quick fix—it’s a lifestyle shift. Stay as long as you’re growing.

What equipment do I need?

You don’t need a full gym to start! Since Unleashed Potential includes both in-gym and at-home training, we’ll work with you before you begin to make sure you have everything you need—whether it’s just a few dumbbells, bands, or full access to UHF’s gym.

Do I have to track food or calories?

Not necessarily. We’ll focus on habits first—nourishing your body, fueling performance, and creating something sustainable.

If tracking helps you, I’ll guide you through it. If it doesn’t, we’ll go another route.

What if I’m a beginner or have injuries?

You’re in the right hands. Steph is a Pain-Free Certified Coach, which means your workouts will be designed to support proper movement, avoid injury, and actually help you feel better—not beat you up. Whether you're just getting started, working through pain, or coming back from injury, your plan will be built around your body and your goals.
