Full-Body Strength and Conditioning
The Body Project is about getting you fit and strong from head to toe. Over the course of the 8-week program, you’ll work out three times a week, with each day dedicated to all areas we need to live a long and healthy life:
Mondays
Start your week with a full-body workout using weights, resistance bands, and steps. We’ll hit every major muscle group to build strength and endurance.
Wednesdays
Focus on your upper body with weights, sliders, and bands. Strengthen your arms, shoulders, chest, and back while feeling the burn.
Fridays
Wrap up the week with conditioning workouts to improve your muscle endurance and cardiovascular fitness. These sessions are designed to push your limits and improve your overall health and longevity.

The Body Project is designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Our trainers will alter exercises to suit your current fitness level and help you progress safely throughout the program.
Each class is approximately 60 minutes long, including warm-up and cool-down sessions. This ensures you get a comprehensive workout while also taking care of your body.
You don’t need to bring any special equipment. We provide all necessary weights, resistance bands, sliders, and steps. Just come ready to work out!
Life happens. If you miss a class, we’ll help you make up for the missed session or adjust your program accordingly to keep you on track.
While The Body Project primarily focuses on physical training, our holistic approach includes basic nutritional advice. Our trainers can provide tips and recommendations to complement your workout program.
Throughout the program, our trainers will monitor your progress and provide feedback. We’ll conduct an initial assessment at the start and a final assessment at the end to measure your improvements. Regular check-ins will also help keep you motivated and on track!
