RECIPE: Healthy Ranch Dressing


Hey hey!!

Who loves ranch dressing?! I'm not going to lie, I definitely do. I don't eat it now, but years ago, that was a different story. I would dip everything in it from pizza to french fries... Yep, I haven't always fed my body the right foods. Life is all about learning, and as I learn, I'm sharing it with all of you. :) Getting healthier together, ya know?

So since we can all agree that ranch is the best😜, I finally created a healthy recipe to satisfy those taste buds! I don't keep it on hand at all times; I usually just make it as a special treat. You can make it vegan or not. So here you go!


1 cup of vegan (or not) mayo // 2 brands I love are Chosen Foods and Sir Kensington

1 tbsp nutritional yeast

1 tbsp almond or cashew milk

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp chopped dill

1 tsp chopped parsley

scallions for a topping (optional)


  1. Whisk all ingredients together.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 min.
