RECIPE: Seasoned Fries

 

Fries, anyone??

If you say no... You may not be human :)

These sweet potato fries are fire all by themselves, but I paired them with the best dip ever for a little extra kick: Siete Spicy Blanco Queso. Siete is one of my favorite brands because, for one, it is super yummy of course, but all the products include minimal, clean ingredients.... And then, you know my love for anything Mexican.🤤

These fries are good with any meal, so give them a try and let me know what you think!

Ingredients

1 Japanese sweet potato sliced

3 tbsp Chosen Foods avocado oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp pink sea salt

1 tbsp nutritional yeast

 

 Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°
  2. Slice the potato
  3. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together and toss the potatoes in the bowl
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  5. Spread the fries on the baking sheet
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, depending on how crispy you like your fries
