Salmon Balls

I recently made these for Thanksgiving, since I don’t do turkey, and they were a hit with everyone (except for Bradley because he’s not a salmon fan).  I used Truff spicy mayo to dip them in (I’m 100% obsessed with this
mayo) and it gave it a nice kick. I will link the mayo below.

This dish, honestly, would be a great app for Christmas dinner.

Boneless and skinless salmon 1 lb or you can use a 15 oz can of salmon.
1/2 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup green onion
1/2 tsp salt

Using a food processor, grind the salmon until chopped.
Add all other ingredients.
Spray baking sheet with Primal Kitchen avocado spray.
Form into about 18 balls
Place balls on cooking sheet and bake at 350 for about 20 min

Dip in the amazing Truff Spicy Mayo and ENJOY!
