RECIPE: Blueberry Muffins

We could all use a little happy right now... So blueberry muffins for breakfast it is!

Blueberry Muffins


1/2 tsp baking soda

1 c cassava flour

1/4 tsp salt

2 scoops Vital Proteins

1/2 c coconut sugar

1/3 c coconut oil

1/3 c water

1 tbsp honey

1/2 c coconut milk

1/2 c fresh blueberries



1. Mix the ingredients together and then evenly distribute the mix in all liners. Click here for the reusable liners I used!

2. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
