Who doesn't love a good banana bread!? Especially when it's full of yummy power foods.
After several test runs, I finally got this recipe just right. I LOVE banana bread and trying to create a GF version has been a challenge. Thankfully, one of my favorite brands has helped the process.
Simple Mills is definitely a staple in my house. The ingredients are very minimal and always super clean. If you can't pronounce an ingredient, more than likely you don't need to eat it, so always read the ingredients. What we put in our bodies is so important.
I have added a lot of good, healthy power foods to this recipe, one of them being Vital Proteins Collagen. I seriously add this to anything and everything when possible.

1.5 smashed banana
2 tbsp grape seed oil
1.4 cup hemp seed
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 scoops Vital Proteins
1/2 HU dark chocolate bar smashed into pieces
Heat oven to 350°
Grease a loaf pan with ghee
Mix all ingredients together
Pour into pan
Bake for 30 min
