I realized the other day that I've never posted any of my smoothie recipes. What?? So, I am going to work on getting you guys more smoothie recipes because, not only are smoothies great on-the-go, but they're an easy way to get in those 6 cups of veggies a day!
This recipe is my #1 fav and is especially for those peanut butter+chocolate fans... You know who you are... And it's definitely me! I topped this smoothie with Love Grown Chocolate Power O's for a good little crunch. I don't eat cereal regularly, but I do like to add it as a topping on my smoothies. Just try it and let me know what you think!
Here is what you need for the smoothie:
- 1 frozen banana
- A handful of spinach
- 1 cup cashew milk (or nut milk of choice)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 tsp Wild Friends peanut butter
Mix in a blender on high for a few minutes and BOOM, best smoothie ever.
