HIIT!? What is that!? Well, I’m about to break it down for you.
High Intensity Interval Training is a type of cardiovascular exercise where you alternate between short periods of high-intensity exercise and periods of rest. This helps you burn more fat and improves muscle and bone mass. The best part is that even hours after you've finished your workout, your body is still burning fat!
Now can you see why I love HIIT so much!?
