I may be just a little excited about this new recipe. Nothing excites me more than when I create something new, and I nail it on the first try!🤩
Something else that excites me is a recipe that contains zero refined sugar and is (of course) DF and GF! And most importantly, this recipe is easy to make because... That's the only way I roll.😜
I am literally posting this the day I created it, so I am not sure about leftovers. I will definitely put it in the refrigerator because of the bananas. I also think this would be great cut into small pieces and served at a party. You could even put a slice of banana on top of each piece. :) YUM!

Ingredients for cake:
2.5 large bananas or 3 small bananas smashed
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp pink sea salt
1/3 cup coconut oil melted
1/3 cup raw organic honey
3 organic eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon (I sprinkled some on top as well!)
Directions for cake:
Add all other ingredients using a mixer + mix well
Grease an 8x8 pan with ghee
Pour in batter
Cook at 350° for 35-40 min
4 oz Kite Hill cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
Splash of cashew milk
1/2 cup of Monkfruit powdered sugar (this is sugar-free)
Mix all ingredients with mixer until smooth. Once cake is cooled, ice the cake, and then add your sliced bananas and cinnamon on top!
