Changing it up with Kettlebells

It's so easy to find yourself stuck, doing the same kind of workout and filled with boredom. I love to change things up, and I especially love to keep my clients guessing. They never know what to expect when they walk through the door. 

When you see a kettlebell sitting on the floor, do you know what to do with it? You can actually do more with a kettlebell than you can with a dumbbell... And here are a few reasons why:

  1. You can transition from movement to movement without hesitating. 
  2. You can keep moving without stopping which helps build your strength and endurance.
  3. Because of the ability of the kettlebell to flow, you can put different movements together to keep your body moving and burning calories.

Change your workout up! Give a kettlebell-workout a try! If you put these workouts in your schedule you will definitely start to see signs of becoming stronger.
