RECIPE: Blackberry or Raspberry Jam

 

Today, I'm sharing my easy, clean jams to start your New Year off right!

This delicious dish is served with CoCo Kind gluten-free bread, cashew butter, both my blackberry and raspberry jams, banana slices, and topped off with my homemade granola. 

Here is how to prepare my homemade jam:

Raspberry Jam

Ingredients:

1 carton of raspberries smashed with a fork

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp honey (Try using this CBD-infused honey for an extra dose of healthy!)

A pinch of sea salt

 

Blackberry Jam

Ingredients:

1 carton blackberries blended in a blender (I used my small Ninja.)

2 tbsp honey  (Try using this CBD-infused honey for an extra dose of healthy!)

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp vanilla

1 tbsp chia seeds

 

Directions: 

Just mix the ingredients for each together and refrigerate for 30 min!
